Sharepoint is being trrialled with a number of classes in SBL and Mangotsfield. We are also pushing the resources side of things via the SBL Maths project.
CPD platform... The urge to get to the nitty gritty (Execs' urge...) and get ready for the harsher OFSTED inspections is focusing the mind. Hanham, Mangotsfield, SBL are leading the way with using Studywiz as a CPD platform to train teachers. The focus is on using the existing technology effectively and link it to SOW, Assessments and marking...
Webex will be able to be integrated as soon as the CPD platfrom is launched from Easter.

Blogs in Studywiz now accessible and being trialled with German trip.
Notebook experiment in one school complete. They work well but without a suitable network they just cannot work.
The future? Imagine having all the Web developpers together...working for their own school... but able to share their expertise... Now that would be progress.
New school: contact has been made with SEN school to see if they want to benefit from Partnership work.
You Tube: The KP channel is going from strength to strength...So much that the schools that ban YouTube are re-considering.
Issues: Still one or two people asking for a new platform- They still are missing the point. Studywiz (whether you think is good or not) is better than anything...purely because it integrates the whole of KP.
Google: We are developping a ghost platform to see how it could enhance our existing structure.
Augmented Reality: Hanham is now on the Wikitude layer and is AR ready... We need to see if it is of any use...
Today? Managed to go to all schools in one day!
